JUST A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am Maritza Acuña from Peru; I am an advertising and digital marketing student in Peru. I used to work in the mornings and study at nights, but one year ago, I decided to make a big change and travel for some months, I quit my full time job and left the routine to start a long trip including many cities from South America and Oceania.
In my free time, I like to swim in the pool and the sea in summer, take long walks just enjoying the view around there, take photographs outdoors and draw or painting landscapes depending on the available materials I have at that moment.
I love to travel, because is a way to disconnect from reality to find myself, what I like most when I travel is to meet people, and learn about their culture and customs, each place is different and unique, doing this I can learn many things about them and try to understand the world in a better way.
I am not good at writing, I mean in documents writing, so I want to apologize in advance because I will write my ideas in the order they appear and that sometimes does not have a good order but I will try to do my best. Another writing problem I have is when I translate, I use to add more words or ideas in other languages than in my native language spanish.
The name of this blog is “En Modo Viajero Automatico” (in spanish) "In Automatic Traveler Mode" that tries to turn your automatic traveler mode on, it is similar to the airplane mode that you can turn it on in your phone when you do not need anyone disturbs you (In airplane mode your phone network stops working temporarily and will not receive calls or urgent messages) is an analogy to say that sometimes we need a break from reality, a stressful job, a routine (waking up in the morning, getting ready, spending around 8 hours in the office, studying something, coming back home, sleeping and repeat next day) or just need some time for ourselves, activate your automatic traveler mode, is what you really need now, take that time to travel, disconnect yourself and let to be carried away by your Traveler side to go around the world in your own way.
